The Love146 Task Force is a collection of thousands of volunteers across the globe, united and strategized to support local and national practical actions and advocacy efforts to end child trafficking in their communities.
Love146 has partnered with Crimestoppers and Sheffield City College to produce a training resource for those working in frontline roles. We’ve trained dozens of social workers, healthcare experts, and law enforcement professionals in the UK. The resource is now available as an online course.
Love146 Europe worked with a partner organization in Moldova to develop a magazine called “ESCAPE”. This glossy, pop-culture magazine also addressed root problems of trafficking in european culture. Our Europe team is now working to make this magazine accessible in Greece and the UK.
US PREVENTION EDUCATION
To reach children before sex traffickers do, Love146 educates youth in settings such as schools and group homes, providing them with practical and engaging information that helps them protect themselves and their friends.
Our Recovery Center in Connecticut will be a home-base of care for children recovering from domestic trafficking, providing emergency shelter, mentoring, service coordination, and a refuge of childhood, whimsy, and freedom.
ASIA CAPACITY BUILDING
Love146 identifies, supports, and walks alongside grassroots leaders in the abolition movement, offering mentorship, academic support, and strategic financial investment to expand their capacity to protect children.
Since 2006, Love146 has equipped and certified hundreds of grassroots caregivers in several countries throughout Asia, providing them with skills to see children recover from complex sexual trauma.
REINTEGRATION & RECONCILIATION
As young women move out of our direct care in the Round Home, and into the next chapters of their lives, Love146 journeys with them, following up to provide practical and personal support.
Our Boys Shelter in the Philippines serves boys coming from a red-light district plagued by foreign pedophiles. We offer boys holistic care as they recover and grow into role models for their community.
THE ROUND HOME
Our Round Home in the Philippines offers holistic care for girls recovering from child trafficking. Built with whimsy, the property hosts a rounded structure, therapy treehouse, and a garden for livelihood.
