From the start Love146's European Operation Director Gaz Kishere and the European Prevention Program he leads has focused on prevention education for youth in Eastern Europe.

Love146's is now partnering with 3 other organizations in the "Deschide Ochii" or "Open your Eyes" campaign. This campaign is continuing with that focus on prevention education, focusing specifically on Romania.

Action Teams with "Open Your Eyes" began in Northern Romania, near Cluj. Recently these teams moved south to the Romanian city Calarasi. In Calarasi they conducted an advocacy training for students in care homes (orphanages), schools, and communities. These trainings introduced students to the risks of trafficking using videos and presentations, and students were given wristbands, key rings and other gifts with campaign details, stats, and helplines.

The primary aim of these Action Teams is the abolition of trafficking and exploitation in Romania, mainly amongst youth going abroad or to other domestic cities for work. Now more girls in different areas of Romania are being educated on the trafficking threat around them and how to avoid it. The girls are also able to help others beat this horrible reality. Currently there are seven Action Teams in Calarasi and multiple teams in Iasi and Cluj.
