Having been a sexually abused child and a sexually exploited youth, I have a very small idea of what these people go through. But I've never been sold and I've never had my entire freedom taken away. Being forced to really think about what that must be like, and how many people experience it, is just... Mind-blowing.
I've read the story of how Love146 came to be before, but this video is incredibly moving. In only a couple of minutes it can really highlight how terrible these crimes are and how it destroys the lives of the victims- but it also has a message of hope that is wonderful. I rarely cry, but I'm not ashamed to admit- this video moved me to tears.
Thank you for all your work. It brings me hope to know that there are people really trying to change things- and that they are making a difference.
