LaNaria is a native New Yorker, who has lived in Charlotte since 2007. Prior to working at Love146, she has worked in accounting in various fields such as banking, higher education and retail. She holds her B.S. in Finance from Hampton University and a M.B.A. from Hofstra University.

LaNaria was immediately drawn to the mission of Love146, as she pursues a life full of hope, impact, thoughtfulness, and humility.

Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her husband and sons. LaNaria pursues a life full of joy, love, laughter and peace.
