An Update Regarding Love146’s UK Operations

It is with great sadness that we share the closing of Love146’s UK office as of February 28, 2023. Alongside many other charities in the UK, due to the incredibly difficult economic climate, there are insurmountable gaps in funding through commissioned services, grants, and donations.

We are incredibly proud of everything Love146 UK has achieved over the years. Many young people have been helped and thousands of professionals and community members have been trained. Love146 UK has been a strong voice relentlessly advocating for the rights of trafficked and vulnerable children, and we are extremely grateful for the UK team’s impact. The well being and safe transition of the young people supported by Love146 UK will be our number one priority over the following days and weeks.

We are incredibly grateful for the thousands of generous donors and partners who’ve made this work in the UK possible over the years. Your support will have a lasting impact — you have changed the lives of young people and provided them with safety and security.

While we operate under a shared vision and values, Love146 US, Love146 UK, and Love146 Philippines are distinct legal entities. Love146 US and Love146 Philippines will carry on the legacy and fight to bring child trafficking to an end for good, and there will be no disruptions to the operations of either of these nonprofits as they continue to serve children.
