It'll be a timely follow-up to the public hearing on the CT "Safe Harbor" bill I attended yesterday. So encouraging- 13 testimonies ranging from Sen. Kane, gov't agencies, service providers, social work students, and a written testimony from a survivor. Love146 will be writing an op-ed as a follow-up to the event. The next step is for the Select Committee to recommend the General Assembly bring the bill to the floor for a vote.
