Hailing from Karachi, Pakistan, one of the hottest cities in the country, Shayan has recently made the move to Houston, TX, an equally hot city in the country. With a B.A. in Communication and Design and a minor in Philosophy from Habib University, her professional background is in Marketing. She has been an advocate for social causes throughout her educational and professional career, and has made the pivot to the non-profit world with Love146.

She lives with 3 cats (all of whom she brought over from Pakistan! With their own passports! And tickets!), mountains of excellent stationery that she plans to one day use to write her book, and a few dying plants.
