The Philippines Department of Social Welfare and Development has given Level 2 accreditation for Love146’s Manila office.
The Department of Social Welfare and Development, the government institution responsible for the protection of social welfare rights and promotion of social development in the Repubic of the Philippines, has given Level 2 accreditation for Love146’s Manila office.
According to Dr. Gundelina Velazco, Love146’s Director of Asia Aftercare, this puts Love146’s reintegration efforts in the upper echelon of social services offered in the Philippines.
“Among the hundreds of NGOs in the country, you can count on one hand those who have achieved Level 2, which means exemplary.”
Secretary Dinky Soliman of the Department of Social Welfare and Development will be hosting the award presentation on Monday, July 30.
